Kindergarten 2
Kindergarten 2 is the 2019 sequel to SmashGames' cult puzzle adventure. After the events of the first game, your character starts at a new school, but many familiar classmates have moved there too, along with a fresh cast of teachers and staff who are just as suspicious. The sequel expands the original idea with more locations, more characters and missions that tie together into a bigger mystery.
As before, each school day is limited by actions. Every conversation and item use moves the clock forward from morning to the end of the day. Complete a character's mission by doing the right sequence of actions; if the day goes wrong, you start over with the knowledge you gained.
Kindergarten 2 adds more layers to the series' mystery, with missions that hint at what is really going on behind the scenes. Many players enjoy replaying both games to spot connections between characters. The sequel also improves pacing and gives players more freedom in how they approach each day, making it a great follow-up for fans of the original.
On your first attempt, simply explore. Talk to every classmate, visit every room and note what each character is worried about. Many missions in Kindergarten 2 overlap, so information from one failed day often unlocks the solution to another. Keeping a short list of who wants what, and at which time of day, turns a confusing school into a puzzle you can solve methodically.
It is not required, but playing the first game helps you appreciate returning characters and story connections.
